Flanders Pharmacy Inc. is currently only accepting selected brands of credit cards and visa debit cards. All visa-debit cards and credit cards from local banking institutions in Barbados are accepted, however, there is a possibility that visa-debit cards and credit cards from international countries may or may not be approved.

Some International credit, visa-debit cards are accepted by our local banking system via the POS method. To determine which cards are accepted and to avoid disappointment or inconvenience to Flanders Pharmacy Inc. or its customers, the customer's purchase can be subtotaled by calculator, then the transaction would be attempted via the POS system to verify if the International card would be approved. If approved, the transaction would be finalized. If not, then the customer can pay in cash or the purchase can be voided.

Payment by Check is allowed from Government Organizations, private sector businesses and personal accounts. Approval by management of Flanders Pharmacy Inc. may be required for private sector business checks and personal account checks. 3rd party checks are not accepted except they're Government-issued. A $50 BBD fee will be charged on returned checks.

Flanders Pharmacy Inc. has not yet established an online payment system for its products or services. All purchases are made in-store. However, in going forward and because we live in a technological era, an online payment system may be considered in the near future.

Refunds and exchanges are conditional and are made once the correct invoice is shown to any of our Sales Clerks. To avoid harm or safety issues to other customers or to the integrity of Flanders Pharmacy Inc., any items that are edible and consumable, including medicines, vitamins, beverages, snacks, as well as any other items storewide that is packaged / and or sealed, and such packaging or seals are broken or tampered with, these items cannot be re-stocked and therefore will not be refunded. 

Flanders Pharmacy Inc. reserves the right to encourage its customers to check and verify their purchases before leaving the store, in order to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.
